Scope

These proposed terms cover use of the MoveCorp informational website and its inquiry form. Moving, storage, delivery, installation and related services are subject to the separate written agreement provided for your project.

Information and planning resources

Website descriptions and moving guides provide general planning information. Project requirements vary with the items involved, building access, schedule and service scope. Confirm requirements with your MoveCorp representative before relying on a guide for a particular move.

Quotes and scheduling

Submitting a form or contacting MoveCorp starts an inquiry. It does not by itself confirm availability, book a crew or establish a price. The project scope, pricing, schedule, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and responsibilities should be recorded in the applicable written quote or agreement.

Your inquiry

Provide accurate contact information and the project details you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, sensitive personnel files or other confidential records through the general inquiry form. Coordinate any necessary confidential project information directly with your representative.

Acceptable website use

Use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to disclose.

Website content

MoveCorp and the relevant rights holders retain their rights in the website’s text, branding, photographs and other materials. You may use the guides for your own project planning. Obtain permission before republishing branded materials, and respect third-party rights.

Third-party services

Links to mapping, social-media or other external websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make MoveCorp responsible for the external service’s content or operation.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for information about the website’s inquiry process and privacy contact. The privacy page is also a staging draft until its business practices have been confirmed.

Project agreements and applicable rights

This draft does not set moving valuation coverage, damage-claim deadlines, liability limits, arbitration obligations, cancellation fees or storage terms. Those matters require the applicable service agreement and legal review. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
